In TimeItUp
- Disconnect an account: sign in, open Accounts, and remove the Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube account. Its access keys are deleted immediately and TimeItUp can no longer post to it.
- Delete posts: open Posts and delete any post. Its caption, schedule and results are removed, along with its photos and videos.
Delete everything
To delete your whole TimeItUp account (login, posts, uploaded media and every connected account), email contact@timeitup.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my TimeItUp data”.
We’ll delete it within 30 days and email you to confirm. If you write from a different address, we’ll ask you to confirm the request first, so nobody else can delete your data.
On each platform
You can also cut TimeItUp off from the platform’s side. This stops it posting immediately; email us if you also want the data it stored removed.
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → TimeItUp → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → TimeItUp → Remove.
- TikTok: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → TimeItUp → Remove access.
- YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/connections → TimeItUp → Delete all connections.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and password.
- The names, pictures and access keys of your connected Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts.
- Your posts: captions, titles, schedules, notes, photos, videos, and the links and results of what was published.
Posts already published stay on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Remove those on the platform itself. Copies in server backups are overwritten within a short period. See the Privacy Policy for details.
